Merging contemporary design with old-world charm.

A granite cobblestone pathway leads to the private central outdoor courtyard of Residence 103. The historic pathways of Melrose Place influenced the architecture at Astéras Kings, where the discreet entrances to the residences allow for an abundance of natural daylight.

Meticulously designed to allow uninterrupted daylight to permeate each residence.

The floor-to-ceiling windows and slim-style window frames found at Astéras Kings complement its minimalist design, and the curved glass corners soften the edges of the building’s modernist composition. The curved corner windows (seen here at Residence PH5) frame the view of West Hollywood, Century City, and beyond.
